First of all, I want to thank Amy's excellent food in the party, I can't believe that she just spent an hour or two to prepare and cook....supper AMAZING....
Now let me show you guys how did she do for this party.

Today's Menu:
Yellow Fish with Brown Sauce---taste good and like restaurant order food.... I saw she made everything in from of me....
On-Chai with Tofu Pickled Sauce--This is Matthew's order..He loves this veggie...so do I
Eggplant with Garlic Sauce
Pork Rib with Amy's Style--This is Matthew's order too, he can't eat without this Pork Rib....Amy kept a half for his left-over
Beef Stew--My daughter loves this one, she is not meat lover, but she love this one.....so, Amy, you need to tell me how to make it....please
Sauted Shrimp--Green Shrimp is Spinach w/Garlic and Red Shrimp is Tomato sauce with Garlic and Chili Sauce
Fruit and Dessert--The watermelon professional cut and design by Amy

Really Full after meal, I told Amy that I was on diet....now she was ruined my diet schedule......
